I went to live chat and just said i understand you refund if the price drops within 28 days, they ask for order number name and postcode, i did have a long wait as it went up at one point but worth it:D

Try inputting the receipt details into their Brand Match online, it might have to be tomorrow though, depending on what time you shopped. x

Thanks was at M park it happened, its the price of getting bike back:eek: but if its not damaged cheaper than new bike:o;)

If you are posting via quick reply there's two buttons, quick reply and go advanced and on the side is smilies then a more button and scroll down and they are there. If you are replying to a quote then it's the same , I'm sure there was an easier way to explain this but hope that helps

Thanks sorry to be a pain but I bought one with the extra club card points only, before the club card boost...if they refund do they take the extra points away?
