Yes I have a non functioning button so I now don't get the sun and moon symbols and it won't switch off when the alarm goes off in the mornings
I've been emailing them with details of my band and its number and I went through the help sheets first.
They keep ringing and missing me so I email them back
I've had problems before and it's been sorted out very easily

Once I get the call and get it sorted I will tell the entire sorry story

Mine is the night time, I am setting it to moon when I go to bed, usually in bed around 11pm, but its telling me when I get up in the morning and check my app, that I am setting it at 1am or 2am in the morning!!!!!!

I know the lad offered the lady in front if me a free Sun but she declined - not surprising really.
I just got my 12 copies for £4.80 with no discount - not that I mind as I would rather spend money in our local shop - also it has contactless payments so I used my TSB 5% card

That sounds like a complicated problem

Firstly make sure your firm ware is up to date - I had to delete my phone app and re install it
Then do a soft reset - instructions on the website
Then if all else fails email them - you need your band ID number and the email address you are registered with

Do you have the email for them?

A question about COS and the new offer for £1.50 for the dusted cod.

Total couponery said they were £2 in both Mr !!!!!! and Sada - I am terrified of going into Sada at the moment incase the tills have been revamped so I went to !!!!!! instead - also a good excuse to talk some bags to the food bank collection.

But instead of being £2 they were £3
So I didn't get them - there was a number of similar fish things at £2 but none of them looked correct. I also looked in Morribobs but they didn't really seem to stock the range at all and what they had was £3

Now I am convinced that I was not looking at the right things at all.
