One cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.

I used to suffer dreadfully with my sinuses, and I mean SUFFER

I realised I used to love a good hot bath when I was suffering and realised that steaming may have a good effect. I steamed regularly (at least every other day) for several months and realised my sinuses hadn't been playing up, not had nearly as much trouble since :D I do have tablets on standby though and will not be going on holiday without them.

That's the funny thing. I've had no sinus symptoms whatsoever. Doc reckons it's post nasal drip causing it.

I have had sinus problems in the past though and have the hugest sympathy with sufferers because it's truly horrible :(

    I love a hot bath anyway :D
