Apparently my cough has been caused by my sinuses. I have some steroid spray and last night I only woke up coughing twice and that wasn't for long

I used to suffer dreadfully with my sinuses, and I mean SUFFER :eek:

I realised I used to love a good hot bath when I was suffering and realised that steaming may have a good effect. I steamed regularly (at least every other day) for several months and realised my sinuses hadn't been playing up, not had nearly as much trouble since I do have tablets on standby though and will not be going on holiday without them.

Just had a text through - my delivery is due 9:47 to 10:47. If it comes early in that time slot I can still grab a train to a local town to try to get some clothes for my holiday
