Yukky and horrible out there today. I'm going to make my Christmas cakeI'm well behind
Apparently my cough has been caused by my sinuses. I have some steroid spray and last night I only woke up coughing twice and that wasn't for long
Means I have a use for the 2p sinutab stuff from Asda a while back
I used to suffer dreadfully with my sinuses, and I mean SUFFER
I realised I used to love a good hot bath when I was suffering and realised that steaming may have a good effect. I steamed regularly (at least every other day) for several months and realised my sinuses hadn't been playing up, not had nearly as much trouble sinceI do have tablets on standby though and will not be going on holiday without them.

Just had a text through - my delivery is due 9:47 to 10:47. If it comes early in that time slot I can still grab a train to a local town to try to get some clothes for my holidayWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
