Looks as though we are back to normal - if we ever did normal!0

also I found a new use for the long defunct and abandoned little concertina files I used to carry my MOCs around with - I used to have 3 but now only one is in use for storing all vouchers and discounts, too few MOCs now
each section now has all of one months receipts and enough spaces for a years worth - which is how I easily found the price and date of when I got the Whiskas reduced in b & M
I only started in August so this is month 3- by the time I have 12 months worth it will be bulging but it only has to sit on a shelf under the desk and not go anywhere.
also indicative of the lack of shopping that goes on around here that a months receipts easily fit in one section“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Morning all
Just tried to read back a couple of pages :rotfl:seems ok now.
So what do we all think of this 30+ days of snow and possible snow on Christmas Day? Tbh I would love to see it snow on Christmas Day it would be magical for the children. As long as I can remain indoors looking out at it. It is a bit worrying though as I live in a very rural area and chances of getting snowed in are quite high only the one road in to us.
On a completely different subject, I hope FC is ok and hospital visits have gone well for her.
Also, heard anything yet AJ? I know you are awaiting test results, or is it too early yet.
Well, in complete contrast to yesterday, it is awful outside so I will take this opportunity of getting some well overdue jobs done. Before you assume, learn the facts,
Before you judge, understand why,
Before you hurt someone, feel,
Before you speak, think.0 -

I would love to have deep deep snow, but not for that long, this country cant cope with a couple of days of snow, never mind that long.
We also live in a little village with only 2 entry points and we are in a dip, so we get stuck, the kids would love it, as the buses dont make to us when it snows anyway, so if it snowed for longer they would be happy.0 -

Just saw this
West Yorkshire Police - Bradford West
2 hrs ·
Strange incident.
At 0728hrs this morning a silver vehicle was seen being driven at speed before disappearing in a flash. Witnesses described the vehicle as travelling at 88mph. A wild haired man and a 17 year old youth were heard discussing a 'flux capacitor' prior to getting in the vehicle. The Bradford West NPT hoverboard team have been sent out to investigate.

I think the country would grind to a halt to be honest. The trains definitely would....they only have to have leaves on the line and there is a two hour delay :rotfl:. Well the weathermen are predicting lows of -16 and that is very brrrrrrrr. 36 days of snow apparently. It will be a novelty for the first 2-3days and then I just might go into hibernation for the duration :rotfl: My grandkids will love it :j
hence the need for stock piling loo paper and wine - most other things we can do without :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Jack Daniels 1L is £27 in Asda and £20 in Sainsbobs.
Am I correct in thinking this would give an apg of £9 making it £180
