Very relieved that you are still with us, not a day has gone by without someone thinking about you and mentioning you and wondering why you had gone into hiding and we moved threads and wondered if you went AWOL

Last time you were off to have some tests so I imagine the last few weeks have been the result of these tests?

We have a full compliment on the sick list at the mo, the Elite are using the full power of positive thoughts and trying to keep them all out of hospital and in good spirits :D

    Good morning

    I echo what you said.

    It puts things into perspective.
One of the things money or glitches can't buy is good health.

apologies I got side tracked by bedroom tidying yesterday!

I'll bump up the entire post

with thanks to the kind person who runs total couponing on FB

you can register via your FB and then click on the quiz, top left hand side. The quiz is one muti choice question.

it then sends you a print off MOC to your email address for 50p - these are on offer for 75p in Morrisons until the 29th in theory

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/brands/barilla_in_morrisons.html

MOCs are valid for 3 months so when they go off the offer in Morribobs stock pile the MOCs until the price is correct again

you can do this 3 times a day!

Good morning Elite, been lurking recently. Not really joined in with glitching as so much going on. Need to get back on it along with comping what with xmas being around the corner.

Weather in manchester is wet and windy, got babysitting duties for dgd at 11am so need to get my backside into gear,

dd2 may be heading for a hospital school due to her social anxiety, we've been home edding for the past year but her counsellor says that she needs more opportunity to mix as she is self isolating rather than facing up to her anxiety. She is not ready for mainstream school though so the hospital school will hopefully be good for her, just got to hope she gets a place.

Ds2 is doing well since his asd diagnosis but we are concerned about his muscle weakness as the physio can't find a reason for it...back to the paediatrician for tests, been reading about mitochondrial dysfunction and autism link but will see what they say.

To add to the drama our car packed up last week :( ecu has gone and could cost up to £1000 to fix. We had to buy a banger to see us through as ds2 struggles with walking and oh has to get to work at ungodly hours. Stuck with a Renault Scenic that won't go and would only get £60 scrap for it.

Will try to post more often and more upbeat in future :)

Strewth, bless you what a lot going on.

I had home ed. one of my children, but we had a planned return to education which worked out very well. But I have to admit he was in a good position to return to statutory education and I would not have blinked taking him out of school to home educate him again.

In relation to the difficulties DS2 has, can you apply for mobility? Given his asd and mobility issues, it is worth exploring this.

Also have you looked at benefit entitlement for the children and carers allowance for you?

    :)

    Evening all.
Just catching up, least I dont need to waste an hour of my life watch X-factor on catch-up.....thanks :p

Someone asked about those lay z spa's. Yes, I have one, very nice, specially on a cold dark night with a beer.

    ETA: Was Sad Dad

Thanks Dave. Just catching up and weighing up whether I should get one.

My kids have asked for a jacuzzi for Christmas (not asking much then) and this is about as far as my budget can go.

A Tesco boost question if anyone could help please?

I have vouchers in my name / clubcard and my wife has some in her name. Is it possible to combine them both do a boost on the lay z pa and I'll only have to pay about £100 real money.

    Thanks,
