He is 2 years old. I hope I don't have to wait 10 days either as I'm starting to worry they will refuse me and I'm annoying OH by wanting to get Hugo's bed, lead, brushes etc ready for his arrival before the home visitOH has said I'm not to but I will be looking at the local pet shop and online today while he's at work so he won't know about this
Thank you, I am ok pretty much; I hope I feel better once I have Hugo. It was OH's idea to get him because I was getting upset about not having any purpose in life. I used to feel that I had a purpose when my kids were small and I was taking in unwanted small animals but now they've all died and my kids are grown up its horrible to feel that if you die no one would notice much that you weren't thereSilly I know but I'm the kind of person who likes to feel needed and relied upon
There was no home visit with Poppy they just had us sat in waiting room with her for ages watching us with her
They did say they would do a follow up home visit which I was a annoyed with because I got no visit.
You should be fine with home visit as long as your garden is secure and he got plenty of room to go crazy running about. Also if they see you are going to give him loads love in his forever home.
I forgot to take a collar and lead when I went for Poppy so had to buy them there I did take a blanket.

LOL.. The only reason "member lists" are posted because im in it. I dont know why people like to discredit me really.
I dont care if people know im in a group, infact I dont hide it. our group is nothing like a FB group. I help a lot of people on this forum.. people not even in the group.
#Legend.. shame it ended.
I agree Henlans that somebody has tried to make you look like an evil Cult leader or something. I reckon that list is the order of, who makes the sandwiches for the next 'Things to do with Action Man' meet. :j
Yes, I think we will be having turkey sandwichesmade into action men figures.

I know he didnt deserve to go:(
I don't think so either. Hope he makes it on tv like Rylan has. The thing is that coward Nick Grimshaw lol stood up when Seann finished his song ( don't know if he did for the other one though ) then he chickened out and left it to the public. Seann was definatly the best on the night.
Anyway Good Morning everyone0 -

it was humbling beyond belief. I'll get back in my box and not speak 'for the good of the thread'
I / we can't even begin to understand what the brave men and women of our Armed Forces have gone through in years gone by, and are going through now. And that includes their families.
The 'ultimate sacrifice' doesn't even begin to describe it, and even for those that did return it is not over, and for some it will never be over
You would have thought that in modern times it might be easier but clearly not. The 'enemy' has changed too, and for the worse.
