Home with some Cidre vouchers. I'm umming and ahhing whether to go out and get some for the cashback or just be happy with the cheap cider. Only got 3 vouchers, feel like I should have got more.

I only managed to get 4 vouchers I just can't face a supermarket today so I will be happy with some cheap cider when I eventually get there. ;)

I agree. I'm too tired to go out again to use the vouchers. They will have to happen tomorrow -- win some, lose some. And I am hoping that the SA will give me £2 per voucher too.

Just popped on to say that if you spend 40p at Spar you get a free Sun. Young lady put through 6 transactions for 12 papers. ( £2.40 to pay). Got 6 bottles Cidre in Waitrose ( no overage ) and 6 in Tesco. Went back tp Spar and had last 22 papers for £4.40 So plenty coupons for tommorow. Thanks to op!

I tried to find out about this online without success. The cidre vouchers will be coming back again on 13th, 20th and 27th November. Is this something Spar does on a regular basis please?

It also occurs to me that if anyone is going past a Moto service station with an AA card, they will get 20% off at WH Smith. I think there is a minimum charge of £1 or something but every little helps, as a friend of ours is known to say...

    1x Barratt Flumps (12G)£0.10£0.10
Comparison total (compared products only)£14.40 £7.40

As usual I concentrate on the few pence and miss the real point of the shop:doh:. That's good if it continues like that.

1x ASDA Smartprice Chicken Flavour Instant Noodles (65G)£0.19£0.30:eek:

Looks like it's changed - does that mean the price update (to Wednesday's prices) has happened between the checking of your first and your second shop?
The "Savers" Chicken Flavour Noodles, that is they cost much more than A and don't even up "saving" you anything buying them in M, aren't on m.com/msm and I wondered whether both they and the Curry Flavour Noodles are available in M and at 30p. They might well be - I haven't taken any prices for them though:eek: - but I think there may be a reason why I've not bothered with them and why they aren't on my M list. That may be it - quite more expensive in M and therefore not to be touched!(:rotfl:)

I don't know if this helps for anyone doing a target shop against T - may be good for fillers? - but I noticed three different versions of some Maggi 3 Minute noodles at 20p for T. They are on msm.co.uk. They are slightly lower in weight (than the SP), so if you are pedantic - and even assuming they compare against T at 20p - they don't work out exactly as good price per unit as the SP noodles at straight 19p (although technically you ended up paying 27p (or 26p?) for the Noodles that compared against M at 30p - and spent on 10p fillers that, each time, took away the 10% from two packs of Seabrooks. I don't know - maybe it suggests sometimes may have been cheaper just to have bought in M straight. That's the problem with a non-glitchy shop:rotfl:, that's then using fillers that wouldn't have been needed elsewhere. But - if you're paying by APG, glitches or wombles...maybe it is outweighed!:T:T).

It seems you would need the Maggi noodles rather the SP, if the comparison is against T (and don't buy Seabrooks - £1.70 there!), as the SP Noodles should compare to 25p:eek: against T - unless you can confirm, for the next 24 hours:rotfl: (the comparison's updated every day so may change on and off), that you've had an N/A return on them vs T? I expect 25p though:(, so lose a slight bit on Avs T comps. and would have to be one or more of the three specific Maggi packets.
