Morning all :hello:
:rotfl:
Morning/night/evening Savvy
:rotfl::rotfl:
:T
Actually it must have taken you ages to put all those different quotes in your post and more obsessive than me:rotfl::eek::rotfl::rotfl:.
In fact, now...:Dwe're at that period when it could be either good afternoon/evening.
So - good evening! Good afternoon!
Although my nature insists that it is only evening at precise 6pm, because I divide noon-midnight into two exact equal parts. What about mid-morning though - which means about 10 or 11am - why is that mid-morning when it's right at the end? The one I liked was the other week when the continuity introduced the early "evening" news on one day of a weekend and then Nicholas Owen said "Good afternoon":rotfl:. Or you get the presenter, between this weird 5 o'clock and 6 o'clock period, saying "Good evening" and then another later saying "Good afternoon" and we've gone back in time, only for another "Good evening" later:rotfl::rotfl:. Or - and here I should have stopped but have gone on and on and on:D:D - you get the regional news in some regions saying "Good evening" and others "Good afternoon", including ones farther north - where it would be slightly darker and therefore you'd have thought more "evening" saying "Good afternoon" whereas the Channel Islands said "Good evening". (What is the logic to that?!?:rotfl: Of course there is not meant to be any:rotfl:.) They have catch-ups of each region: I did do it once:rotfl::rotfl: - and had a complete inconsistent pattern across the country - went from evening to afternoon to evening and back again in a straight line south to north and across!:rotfl::rotfl: Sometimes I just I have the time...!:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::cool: And best part is you've just wasted your time reading this useless post now:rotfl::rotfl:.
Actually it could be argued - although I wouldn't - that a lot of social conversations are pointless and waste of time. Although, actually, they're not at all - they're a good way of relaxing and a good use of time.0 -

OMG are you fuming or just resigned to it - I think I would be the former, nothing much happens over a weekend in hospitals unless its a crisis - did you have big weekend plans?
Someone will have to smuggle in champers for you“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Yes and you have your staff discount for M as well - is it still 20%
What are you still doing here - get yourself out of the door!
Which might mean - if you have staff discount for M, buy [Strike]all[/Strike] some of* the equivalent Avs M items in M itself rather than at A. I suppose again depends on whether you use wombles:rotfl:.
*Except for glitchy items obviously, that work out way cheaper/free/better than free from A:D.0 -

(I'm keeping it simple, like 'normal' people do:laugh:. So when someone normally says that, it implies other things and I reckon you've got it! As opposed to my own penchant which is to say "Does anyone know/can find out/if so please tell me...":rotfl:*. I don't literally need the price of every single one of those - but if you know one or two... I assume they are all at the same price, whatever that is, as each other in Scotland anyway? I hope £10! Please tell me £10 (...but only if that's true:D:rotfl:). Or is this :(not open to you? I won't need to ask about the milk:rotfl: - I wouldn't think they'd have different prices on milk in Scotland or Wales or England:rotfl::rotfl:.)
TIA.
*That's because, if someone asks "Does anyone know [this]?" you might get a literal "Yes":D:rotfl:. So hope that helps, as well, just coincidentally, to understand where it comes from sometimes. Of course the thing is that I know that such a question is not literally meant. But I still get the urge sometimes just to answer "Yes":p (:rotfl:), even if I know that's not what was wanted. Well they should have asked me to tell them what I knew if they wanted to know that:p:p:rotfl: (clarification: that's my pretend stick-out tongues to the person not asking completely fully - I do not mean that it causes me to react by sticking out tongues because they've not asked me properly and therefore created a 'problem' for me). But - thing is - it actually encourages people to be clearer in their communication which, you might say, could be a good thing:cool::).0 -
Where are you getting the 3 collections for £10 please. From the Book People
I went to the collections tab and look through them, on some of them it says 3 for £10. List is here. Very glad to have been of help.
And I forgot to go through TCB! Duh....0 -

Well I've been out again and bought more Suns from the Spar so at least I spent some money in a local shop.
I then went to the smaller Morribobs and got 12 more cidres and also got 2 small packs of mince and 2 packs of sausages to cover the overage so just £3 to pay
I checked the Felix which was supposed to be 2 for £4 earlier in the week but the SELs said differently. I was going to get 6 Mortibobs standard tin cat food for £2.25 but the shelf was cleared of all varieties - pity about this as I've got a Morribobs till spit fiver so that and the meat would have meant only loose change in real money.
And then I got yet more Suns on the way out so I've still got more bottles to get tomorrow - won't get the COS 50ps now unless it does refresh overnight but you never know.
OHS is tackling the receipt scanning as I've turned the air blue. He did the earlier one but forgot to snap both sides of the receipt :mad:so it was rejected as having no date and time. So I had to re submit the earlier receipt and that went through OK. The later receipt is now stuck on 75% but finally went through - I will only really settle when the 50ps are added to the balance
I'd forgotten how stressful snapping and uploading receipts was but at least the Shopotize one I sent for review only a few hours ago had been accepted - it used to take days so this us very quick.
Also popped into Marks to look for mint gin but sadly none“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
