So ... if the APG can produce the voucher after 2 hours (we believe due to an error with the clocks changing, suggesting that the servers may be in the US?), they can clearly produce results in 2 hours ... so why have we normally had to wait 3 hours in the past? The kit can cope, no need to delay the Elite repeat ;)

Its funny how you always remember your first 1p find instore..mine were goldenballs, and headphones in the same trip....

I remember chucking them all through the SS till then trying to obscure the till receipt so the assistant would remove the security tags on the headphones.

We still have 3 pairs of headphones unopened, but sadly no goldenballs left

    Happy memories!

Oh, those goldenballs were delicious. My first 1p finds were paperback books. I also remember some pretty boxes of finest chocolates, golf balls and filing trays - these still see daily use.

They do ... but the barcode prompts them to put in the amount once it goes over £9.99. That said, looking at "a few" APG vouchers I prepared earlier, in the £10+ ones the barcode starts 9 918422 and the ones below are 9 91961X where X is replaced by 7,8,9 etc to indicate the pounds (as well as in the second part of the barcode) so does £9.99 start 9 919619? If it does, then the fact that later in the barcode shows 999 "should" mean £9.99 "should" scan.

    Yes the b/c is 9 919619 & then 999999

    Lightbulbs ... my best 1p find !

The Halogen ones that were also on 3-for-2 a year or two ago, including the 8 pack GU10's.

I remember madly self-scanning around 100 of them in one go, and trying to pay quickly before the SS assistant noticed.

Also at that time, the caramel Lindor balls - got about 20 boxes and even found a SEL that showed 1p on it !
