I dont trust them, I been paying £190 a month for 12 months and got a rebate of £288 back in the bank.. now they rasied it to £234 a month. my gas & elec is nearly over taking my morgage payments each month.

I assume you are doing your own metre readings at least once a month and putting the readings online or ringing them up to give the readings?

If you think they are putting your DD up too much email them and challenge it

I read this on a MSE article and thought it was worth a try - I got £11 taken off my increase :T
( I take readings monthly or fortnightly, always been in credit up to nearly £300 when I first switched so I reminded them of this :) )

I do now.. but for the last 3 years they check it every 3 months.. since moving to sainsburys they dont ever check it. I give my readings monthly. I wont get them to reduce it. I will overpay.

I did have a look for the 4 pack Heinz soup multipack at B&M for 10p. But, inevitably, if it had been there, it was completely gone. They wanted £2.99:eek: I think for a 6 pack! And 59p or something like that for a single can! Some 49p more than the 4 pack allegedly had been (so I thought it was totally ridiculous!).

So, about 4 times the cost now:rotfl: than the 4 pack in B&M supposedly was, that virtually no-one could ever in practice have got I feel. 10p for a can of soup - it's a bargain!

    And indeed it has above!!!!!

That must have stopped early evening - my 17.33 shop was OK for Rice Krispie things, Alpen and pork mince. I was lucky to squeeze in before the cut off.
