got £10 shop down to £1 in waities today

    coffee £2.15
    paper 90p
2 x little pizzas on multi £5 (£1 overage using 2 x coupons from mag)
    6 eggs £1
    pack of wraps £1

i know you already know about this overage, but posting for others. :)
its the puzzled look on sa's faces in there that i love :p

I got that when, a few years ago, I got that glitch on the d'washer tabs in T Express (that deedee I think found). The two multis that kicked in together - the staff looked at it, puzzled, but still let me take the goods.

At least I think they were puzzled - I couldn't really see anything on anybody's faces at all...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::cool::laugh:

Savvy - so sorry to hear about your wing mirror. Had similar happen to me. Main road was closed because of accident so people were using back lanes. Someone in a mini had no intention of slowing down to let me pass and broke wing mirror. Got a replacement off ebay which oh managed to put on but it was tricky even though he worked in a garage. Went to work for nothing that day! Think though savvy if you did not money save it would be even worse!
Truly madly - you can have a free coffee just by asking for one at customer service giving them your card. If you want to sit down in the cafe the cheapest way to have a drink is buy banana which costs 25p or ask for a large

drink which costs a bit extra 20p I think but this also works. HTH

I need some help from the Waitrose guys....and girls:D

    I will be passing.......well....entering one tomorrow:rotfl:

I will be close to either the Leeds or Harrogate one ....on business:cool:

I'll be waving and shouting to you know who:D

    Have I got this right?

You have to buy an item in the cafe now to get a free cuppa.
Free paper when you spend a fiver
Rice dream thing free with coupon out of mail
Cheap gin if I register for an on line shop.
20% off some items if I load them as favourites or something

Do I need to the scissors to cut any vouchers out of mags/ papers?

    Any more advice please?

You can just upgrade your drink size ( that counts as a purchase ) or buy a mini jar jam (35p ) or a banana (25p).

Free Daily Mail, telegraph, Guardian or Times when you spend £5.00 ( cost of paper included in the £5.00 )- £10 min spend Sat and Sun.

You pick 10 items as favourites and register them then get 20% off everytime you buy.

Gin 10% off with my Waitrose card

Not sure about the rice coupon

A lot of essentials like loo paper and washing liquid compare very well to other supermarkets and with the 20% can sometimes beat them

Our store opened about 19 months ago and up to 6 months ago they even gave multi buys on reduced products. One day i had over 40 items in my basket and only paid £1.40. On first name terms with a lot of the assistants in mine. I even bought a new upright freezer on the strength of the store opening and its groaning with food.
