Got all excited earlier had an email from Thorntons saying they had popped something in the post to me. :D

Was thinking oooh maybe a little choccie bar or maybe I had entered a competition and forgotten.

Oh no it's just a bloomin Christmas Gift Catalogue.

I picked up the T one today:)

I've got some great bedtime reading with all these gift catalogues.
Went to our local library yesterday and got a boatload of good reads......including The Sleep Book. How to sleep well every night:rotfl:

The past 2 nights I've been doing mental arithmetic planning a Sainsburys shop. Bet they don't cover that in the book:rotfl:

Some N/As for those looking for items.

Bicarbonate of soda, mikados and sultana scones N/A vs tesco. Voucher for 62p :)

Wonder if SP Sultana Scones (10) compare against T at 49p. They turned out, eventually - first store did not show any price - to be 50p in M so they were excluded from the M list:rotfl::rotfl:!

The other bakery scones have gone to 50p in M (all information I have relates to last Wednesday of course, so this is current) but have been excluded as they are only 4 pack and not 10 pack like the Sultana ones. Also - A doesn't seem to have the other scones anymore?

Just so you know about M, as the Sultana Scones have only come back there about a couple of weeks ago, having been absent for many months.

I could do with that book, I fell asleep quite early last night on the sofa.

And then couldn't get to sleep when I finally got to bed. Had a headache this morning and didn't even have a stiff drink in the end last night. :rotfl:

Pass on any tips that work please. ;)

Thought I might have a bath this evening but don't really want to go out to garage for some bubbles. Trying to think if I have any stashed indoors without pulling everything out from under the bed. :o
