Just posted this on the Health and Beauty forum, but maybe someone on here can help (fonts of all knowledge...)

I want to kick-start a diet - would like to lose at least half a stone before Christmas.
I feel like just following a plan for a week where I am told what to eat, but all the ones I have come across online involve buying foods I have never heard of, or buying lots of specialist ingredients that you only need a little bit of for a recipe.
Can anyone link to a 7-day plan which just has 'normal' food which is easy to prepare and fits in with being out at work during the day?
    Thanks!

On Sunday morning we decided to have a blow out brekkie before football:eek: anyway, dh and I and 5 kids in tow (not all mine:eek::eek::eek:) went to the premier inn as a walk in. For unlimited cooked breakfast, continental drinks etc... Including Costa came to £17.50 for all of us, as kids eat free.
I know it's not the deal of the century but, 3 teenage boys and dh included that eat us out of house and home, you couldn't really make it cheaper:D and better still...... No washing up:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It's been fragrance shop last two years, first year I got something for just under tenner so free, last year I took DD3 and somehow managed to actually be persuaded to spend some money.

Looking on the online shop a pop up popped up on page for 10% off because I not ordered before. I didn't click it though. TCB offering 10.1 % think it was and if I spend £40 free delivery. Sounds good if offers stay like that til end of week :)
I am off next week so may order on Friday if same offers I will then get the free samples with home delivery :D. Will order some soap or shampoo to make it up to £40 .
I will then have my Christmas presents sorted apart from a couple new toys for my Poppy :A :T:T:T
