Thanks, have just had a look at the SW menus, might give it a try.
I have done SW before (and WW, and most other faddy diets you can think of!), but feel a bit out of control at the moment. I think I need to be told what to eat, but with as little preparation hassle as possible. I have put on about half a stone and want to lose it before the Xmas pounds pile on top of it.....0 -

It doesn't matter that you don't get to Mr A, Snapant uses MrT, I think a few others do too.
What matters is you can still chat, get ideas and support to help you through any problem at allThere's no place like home

Thanks, have also tried the 5:2, but I feel like I need to have a limit set on what I can consume, to rein things in after a few weeks of excess. last weekend in particular was pretty extreme!0 -

It has turned out to be a beautiful day after all. Ex posters popping in, lurkers stepping forward and chatting.
Let's try to keep it that way. All you newbies please stick around, you'll have a hoot in here as we don't just do shopping chat. No we are much more than that.
Who was it paid their mortgage off? I can't remember now but I'd just like to say, well done. It's so liberating, it's fantastic when you look at your bank balance at the end of the money  look at that lovely money sitting there
Right off for a coffee and shower. Have some paperwork too so see you all tomorrow, if were here  we will be
Bye for now xThere's no place like home
