Oh, some changes to Match and More as of 2 November.

From 2nd November, it will be simpler to earn points through the following changes:
    • Earn 5 Morrisons points for every £1 you spend* - you will no longer have to spend a minimum of £15 in one transaction
    • We’re also extending the locations where points can be earned to include Flower Shop, Garden Centres and Pharmacies
    • Morrisons Match points on comparable shopping will end
So, no need to spend £15 anymore, but no comparing against competitors. So, back to just buy at the competitor again!:p:rotfl: Might not bother after all as only a few days left. The 'buy in M' list though remains as that, as it was never a comparison list but is what is, supposedly, as long as I'm aware, best bought in M.

On that last point, btw, I've looked at the various bin and refuse bags. I've distributed them among the lists (Avs M and buy in M, I don't think I have any on T) according to which place, on current prices, regardless of what prices may have been in the past, are the best value - so no need to try to work this out, it's all been done here although prices may change from day to day and need to check that they haven't changed. There are different pack sizes of many of these at different stores - and, even when one store works out at half a penny cheaper (on adjusted prices), I've put it onto that store's list rather than anywhere else. A SP Refuse Sacks for example work out very very slightly cheaper than M based on number, and work out that way outright even if they return N/A (they have been known to compare against M before, so could be an unexpected bonus if they also compare as, of course, the A price per sack isn't 10% cheaper - and neither does it have to be). However, they are obviously more expensive buying them in A if they return N/A than if they (probably incorrectly) compare against M and give a 10% off. So I only get them if I see them comparing on a womble, which occasionally they do.

Potential glitch on Ambrosia tins today. No multis online and 91p each and 3 for £2 instore.

Some of the tins are 50p each in S and M, so hopefully buy in threes and the apg might compare £2.73 v £1.50, returning £1.38, meaning each tin costs just under 21p..:D

Any coke to go with it as I got lots of ambrosia a while ago and gave the tins away:rotfl::rotfl:

I've just added a bit to my post asking about £5 vouchers. So they're going as well are they? It's just so complicated! I never understand it - without me sitting down and looking and checking through loads of text on M's website:(. So how do these half-pennies per exact pound get converted into anything?

Probably get shot down for asking this but does anyone think the tilda rice will work tomorrow if I put a c&c course in now?
I can't get there till tomorrow :/ and have evouchers to use up
Not entirely sure asset, however I would risk it if I was you. I would however make sure you have a very early collection slot.

If you look at my earlier post about my CC this morning, all the booze that I bought was £18.50 online last night, yet the price changed to £15 when it was picked up, however the apg showed the old price of £18.50.

I think if you collect at 8am that you might be ok. If you do try it, come back and let us all know how you get on as it may be that you can help the rest of us take advantage of one day glitches the following day..

    Good luck.

Actually I don't need to wade through lots of text, it's all there in the next line:T:

    You will continue to:
    • Earn a £5 voucher for every 5,000 points you earn
    • Earn 10 points per litre every time you buy fuel
    • Earn hundreds of points on promotions available in store and at Morrisons.com
So, £1,000 of spending:eek: now for just £5. It's like the old days of the Miles scheme, where I never ever got a £5 off voucher:(. 10 points per litre. Sounds a lot:rotfl:. In fact, it's just 1p, much the same as it is with T. Probably better at the moment to be getting fuel from Sains. as doing a 10 points per £1 promotion until 31 October. But only if your Sains. isn't significantly more expensive (my nearest one, a shade too far away from an A:(, is exactly 1.2p per litre more expensive than A. Always. And if it's not, it soon corrects that within 24 hours. It's absolute precise - the Sains. a mile away are always 0.2p per litre dearer (but the normal Nectar points make it just about cheaper). So, if I was to go to the nearest S, I need to deduct a further penny from the Nectar points in order to reflect the true deduction as the fuel is 'overcharged' by 1p compared to the other S's that, unfortunately, sadly, for them, are just too close to an A - what a shame:rotfl:!).

For me, it's more like (with my 'apologies' for defacing M's text):

    You will continue to:
    • Earn a £5 voucher for every 5,000 points you earn BUT MUCH MORE SLOWLY DUE TO GETTING NO MATCHES
    • Earn 10 points per litre every time you buy fuel IN OTHER WORDS JUST 1P PER LITRE
    • Earn hundreds of points on promotions available in store and at Morrisons.com HOWEVER, I WON'T BUY ANYTHING JUST BECAUSE OF THE POINTS (especially as I've no hope of reaching £5 any time soon so they're just worthless and not going into any immediate discount) SO I WON'T BE EARNING ANY POINTS THAT WAY EITHER.
