On P2S there are comments that people have had replies from P4y.com that the 3 V cards have been withdrawn from sale now and cards will not activate if bought after 14/10. There were also other reports that P4y.com are apparently working with M4sterCard (3 V are Visa) as a new partner so may be changing their system over (or may just have decided to no longer do these cards).

Personally, I have cashed in all cards that I had activated, just in case . A shame, as 150 CC for nothing but they did become an increasing pain to spend, particularly since A giftcards were also withdrawn from sale .
