    I wondered the same thing.

How does it come from china if Amazon have it in their warehouse, I assumed it was sent direct from china.

Most stuff comes from china initially

and if it has come from amazon then isnt that were it should be returned to
  • If that's the one you have bought it's Amazon who will arrange the return rather than the seller - they should be able to get you a returns label.

One of the questions on that page is where is the stock being delivered from? The answer is China (By Viworth on 22 July 2015). There is also a later question/answer confirming it comes from China.

So the information was there, albeit not obvious.

    nah mine came from china.
  • Update - their not being the most helpful. Asking for me to send photos of the item now.

Don't see the point. One of the 4 rotors does not turn. Not sure exactly what they want a pic of? Delaying tactics I think and hoping I give up.

It will be so that they can have a look and see if they see anything the would obviously causing it not to work.

Also it will be to check if there is a claim against the courier or if it would be their supplier/manufacturer that they would be getting in touch with about this.

It's pretty standard for sellers on Amazon to ask for a picture if something isn't working or damaged.

Pretty much all mobiles have a camera now so it should take you about 5 minutes (if that) to take quick picture and send it through to them.
