Success delay compensation

We were delayed over 3hrs in 2012 from Murcia to Manchester.
After advice taken from MSE & many letters back & forth we have had our claim settled with over £1100 returned.
We were pushed back by the Aviation authorities regarding Jet2, however when writing to the Spanish Air authority they confirmed that the claim should be valid.
Upon forwarding there letters to Jet2 the claim was finally settled.
Thank you for the advice.
Anyone else - keep going

Really interested to read about your success. Can I ask if your flight was in July 2012? We were delayed almost 8 hours on the same route as you and today I have started the compensation process. Keeping my fingers crossed for a result like yours!0
