I recently flew from Zambia to Kenya to get a connecting flight back to London. All flights were with Kenyan airways. The flight from Zambia was delayed due to 'crew constraints' which meant I missed my connecting flight to London. This meant I had to buy new train tickets in London. I have tried to claim for the cost of these new train tickets but both insurance company and Kenyan airways have refused to cover this.
Should I continue to pursue Kenyan airways for the cost of the train tickets (£149)
