BT Broadband - TalkTalk still worse, but only just..

I love Bt Broadband's policy on rural broadband.
If it looks a bit "iffy" and they have to send out an engineer, "No, you can't get broadband in that area"
Not withstanding the prospective customer has a daughter next door and has BT Broadband herself.
So AOL rung, "No problem, we'll sort it", and they will..
I know this is BT Broadband's policy because I've seen this 4 times in the last year.
It must be so embarrassing having to work for such a rubbish company.
