Muller Lites aren't great. A good switch would be plain yogurt with some fruit and the seeds instead. Cheaper, too.
How many calories did MyFitnessPal or say that lot came to?
OK, now cooking skills. Can you make an omelette? That's a good, healthy quick meal you can do a lot of variations of. How about a stir-fry? Maybe set yourself a target of learning to make 1 new healthy meal a week to give yourself some variety?Saving for deposit: Finished! :j

Could be as simple as Vit D deficiency, make sure you have some oily fish in your diet and you could try supplementing with Vit D capsules which is a cheap way of testing it out.Do you have a fitness blog?
