I've contacted them and the answer is that it's OK for delayed data, but for live data they would expect me to have a licence from the Gambling Commission. I think the idea would only really work with live data.

From what I can see, I may need a licence even for delayed data because I would be providing gambling software. The fee for applying for such a licence is £6300.

I think I'll forget about this - I'm better off sticking with chomage.
