I leave tradespeople to get on with it at my house, I don't take time off. Both the electrician and the plasterer have had the use of my spare keys in the past.catoutthebag wrote: »So I ensured I had the required time off - loss of earnings. .
No loss of earnings that way. Basically if I decide I don't trust someone I'm not having them in my house at all, if I decide I do they can borrow the spare keys so I don't have to be there to let them in and sit around all day while they work.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
Fair enough. But I'm not trusting of someone I don't know in a flat containing valuables. I don't know if they'll get a spare key made when I'm at work. It's a potential disaster I'd rather avoid.
Anyway he's here
