Vodafone CS woes...

Hi Guys - after some advise.
8 days ago I ported my number from Tmobile over to Vodafone PAYG
Tuesday- tmobile service dies.....
Wed - no changes on vodafone until the evening when I can make outgoing calls from the correct number.
Thurs - I can now send and receive txts with the correct number but still no incoming calls.....
Fri- the same.....
Sat - the same...
Sun - whoo hoo I can now receive calls..:j:j:j...........BUT NOW CANNOT MAKE THEM.:T well done - fix one thing but break another.
Mon through till now the same..
This is terrible - its costing me a fortune in time and lost leads as its a work number.
Countless calls to CS and chats online...Hours wasted on hold - all singing the same song - I will escalate it Blah Blah Blah......Turn the phone off, remove sim etc etc.
Just spent an HOUR on hold, after speaking to someone while they looked into it - guess they went out for a fag or something.
No one seems to give a toss. No follow up to see if its now working and no interest at all in taking an email address so they can contact me with progress report. As they cannot call me.
NO its not the settings on the phone - proven by the fact I can call CS !!!!
99% sure I now know what the issue is but CS are just not interested - just fob you off with a well rehearsed line and hope you will go away.
Anybody got any idea how I can get hold of someone to take ownership of the issue and see it through till it is sorted?
Thanks - Rant over.

Go to the last page of the Vodafone Complaints Thread and read it backwards.0

OK done that... Am I missing something? There are no alternative contact methods and the Vodafone rep seems to have not replied to any posts over the last few months.
Although the idea of getting a call centre to bombard them looks promising.
Does anyone have any other contact details besides the useless 1910 -
The Rep has been very active and answered many people in the recent past. . That is the only method I would (and have - several times) use(d).0

Thats the ultimate solution, I remember EE as Orange and the broadband launch and years of poor care on both afterwards, Vodafone makes them look like saints. The difference between a third party employee selection process and third party contractor employer.
You will soon be frEE
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
