    Who with? It's always negotiable, but the bigger bundle you are taking, the more muscle you will have.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    If you are still waiting for the go live date, call the supplier and tell them your thinking of cancelling the order as your not happy about the fee, from experience they'll sort it :)
