Close - childhood home and my current flat.
I've just retired so, after a few more weeks getting my affairs all tidied up and finances in place, I'll be off on the hunt for my third (and hopefully last) address.0 -
Oh dear, 25..... but I'm more than twice your age.

And I've only owned 4 of them.0 -
My dad's 61 and has lived in same home all his life, still there now. I lived there, one rented and own this one which we intend to be our forever home. (Also dabble as a landlord but not counted as never lived in). I'm 30. Xxx0

1 childhood home.
4 student dives.
2 owned (the first was my husband's flat, which he owned before we met).
Our plan is to move to the coast once we've booted the kids out in 10-12 years time.
Age 35.0 -
Lol... by the time my little boy was 6 he had lived in 7 different houses... and I had been in 18.... of which I had owned 4...0

2 student properties first time round

1 owned house in New Zealand
6 more rentals

Another rental
Now I own 1 house.

3 homes living with my parents, 4 one-year student rents, 1 medium-term rent as a professional, and at the age of 26, just bought my first flat.

My parents have only ever lived in their respective childhood homes and then married and bought the house they still live in 47 years later.
For me it's 1 childhood home (obviously)
then a flat (rented)
a house (rented)
and now in 2nd house I have owned
I certainly plan to move again at least once maybe more!
I am always amazed when people move on in a year or less, especially when they have bought. Even the rental house where we only planned to stay a year while we got to know the area and then looked to buy, we were in for 3 years, and that felt like no time at all. I don't think I could go through the upheaval more than once every 3 - 5 years.0
