Flight Delay Insurance

We were delayed by 7 hours at Malaga and Revolver sorted out a claim and Ryanair have confirmed our compensation under EU 261. We also took out Ryanair Travel Insurance which covers 'flight delay' also are we entitled to claim? I have E mailed [EMAIL="claimseu@Ryanair.com"]claimseu@Ryanair.com[/EMAIL] but have had no response??

Looking at the policy wording, the Ryanair policy pays £20 per 12 hour delay
As your delay was under 12 hours I am unsure what you are planning on claiming0 -
