It seems Uwish and Softuk are the cheapest for Nintendo DS games but it always depends on the respective game.
I noticed Softuk have reduced the price of Tomb Raider legends to £7.99 and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Mans Chest for £8.49.
You have to pay for delivery but there's free delivery codes if you checkout google or i could always PM you the code as well if need be.
They also have free delivery and 15% discount for all orders other than hardware and daily special offers for new customers.
Hope that helps.

For those asking what the R4 and also M3 DS Cards are for (I think the Supercards also). Their cards which look like the standard DS game cards. You buy a micro SD card on top of this (up to you how big) then you download games from the internet (eg. Torrent Sites) and install them to your SD card via your PC and a "USB pen" device which you get with the card then you simply insert the micro SD card into the card. Well this is the general process.
You can also watch films on it too.
The Card itself is legal the however as far as putting the games on that's not legal.
Generally you'll pick up one of those cards for about 23 quid and a 2gb SD card for around 13-14 pounds or you can buy bundles which you can get both for slightly cheaper...eg M3 DS card + 2GB Micro SD Card are low 30s
I've bought from here before and they were fine if anyone also wants alternative places to look for what they need.
M3 DS Card:
