Q for EE customers - do they report monthly account details to credit ref agencies?

Was hoping someone who is with EE who has also checked their credit report recently can answer this Q...
Does EE report your account conduct on broadband/landline to the credit ref agencies eg Experian, Equifax ie the fact you have an account with them and pay on time each month
I'm considering switching to EE broadband/landline, I'm also going to be applying for a mortgage in the hopefully near-ish future. My initial concern was about a credit check, although I don't have any credit issues I know that numerous credit checks can damage your score and I very recently took out a contract hire lease on a car, so that would be two checks in quick succesion with the mortgage being the third.
I've just read a 'new' account lessens the average account age which I understand is something that also has a negative effect on the credit score and potential ability to obtain credit so if EE do report monthly account conduct for broadband/landline I think I'll hold off switching til I've applied for a mortgage.
