Presumably it's not illegal to re-sell football tickets in Spain.

irrelevant, they are selling in the UK so UK laws apply 90% of those terms and conditions wouldn't stand up, You cant just make up terms and conditions to circumvent the law

They ship to UK that isn't the same as selling in UK.

They are selling tickets for a UK event to a UK person, but that's an aside anyway, its legal to sell drugs in Amsterdam doesn't mean you can sell them and post them to the UK.


If you don't get an item you do a chargeback, no terms and conditions will override that
