When checking ya tbm https://www.tescopricepromise.com/ if ya change transaction number & time a bit then ya can check the people that shopped after ya. Dunno if any good for finding a glitch. You experienced ones would now ;)

If you are behind someone with a very odd trolley load it would be very interesting :rotfl:

Well, that was almost disappointing. As a "gesture of goodwill" Sabichi are sending out a new kettle!!! It only took one extra email!

fabulous - sometimes you just have to press companies just a little harder

when it arrives though take photos and put them on their FB page and tell them how kind and wonderful they are :D

    Good morning all....

bright but cold this morning....I have nothing planned for the day...that doesn't happen often so I really am going to make the most of doing nothing!!

    have a great day all.

its the most fabulous feeling when you look at the calendar and you have no appointments for today, no phone calls to make, no chase up emails, a big fat zero :j

I expect that you have put up relevant photos and a description of the problem on your their facebook and twitter feed - its a good place to start sorting out a problem

I've found twitter a great place for initiating sorting out problems and the response is usually very quick

I had a collective yogurt with a leaky bottom so I tweeted Collective Diaries a photo with details, only noticed because of the shelf mess. I had a response the same day even though it was a Sunday and I sent more photos and details - shop, expiry date etc and by mid week they had sent me some vouchers :T.

Earlier this year the handle fell off my John Lewis crock pot. This was a complicated one because I was emotionally attached to it, well that's typical of me.
Also they no longer sold that type - it was a very lovely sage green.
so I tweeted them photos and details - where the handle had broken off was not on the seam where it attached but on the handle itself so it must have been an air pocket or hair line fracture of some sort in the handle.
Firstly they suggested I should take it back to John Lewis so I explained our nearest was Liverpool and it would mean an odd excursion on the train and a walk across the city lugging a heavy crock pot.
So then they were going to give me £15 credit, the original value. I had a look on the website but there was nothing equivalent as a direct replacement so I was going to get the nearest equivalent and pay the extra £10.
and then they just asked for my details and put £15 into my account - how good is that :D

    That was good service!

Tell you what though, I will NEVER buy from Sabichi again. They just try to wriggle out of everything. I put something on their FB page and it promptly disappeared. Emailed them a photo of the kettle and they said it looked like it had been immersed, from a photo of the water gauge with scale on the outside!!! First they wanted me to pay to send it back, that took some argument, then they tried to tell me it had been mistreated! Still, hopefully sorted now.

I got such a bad impression of their customer service that I took photos of the entire kettle and packaging just incase they utterly refused to replace it and sent the old one back having damaged it!

Wouldn't be surprised if they send out the wrong colour just out of spite.

    Morning mad squad,

My printer which has been broken for a while, causing me to miss out on several glitches is now fixed so can we have a nice celebratory glitch please, thank you.

I had a roll with the John west spreadable tuna stuff for breakfast, quite nice and now wish I got more, I noticed they're back up to £1 in mrT but 75p in sada and Sainsbobs and two for £1.50 in morribobs so don't know if there's much happening with the new tosco price thingmyjig but they could be potential fillers with coupons.

ta for this. I looked at these on Sunday but they looked so small. I was thinking maybe as a quick meal mixed in with rice but I don't think they are enough

Eldest sons GF brought back some Knackenbrot from Germany last week and these would go really well on them - Aldi sell a similar crackerbread next to the tills

I looked at mys last week and there seems to be 6 versions so you would not need many non branded fillers to get to the correct number for BTG - unless there has been price changes overnight?

    Morning peeps.
The frozen meal deal in the. Coop, is good value at the moment.
Goodfellas take out pizza, Cadbury icecream, birdseye gougon, breaded mushrooms and bag of wedges for a fiver.
Pizza and icecream alone are £8 in T, plus I had a £1 voucher when you spend 5, so great for £4.
    Hth.
