Good evening. Sorry if this has been asked and resolved already. I have received a £12 off £60 voucher from T by email this evening :). Do we think as TBG is not calculated until delivery/collection that I need to spend £60 before or after TBG? I am thinking before as you apply the voucher at the order stage?

Instore I have visions that it will process like W tills (where you get over £5 until they scan the card then your coffee and newspaper discount comes off). Is this right?

    Many thanks

I don't know for sure Anon but I imagine it will be the same as before. Apply the voucher to the order and the actual prices will be applied when the order is picked. Can't see why the TBG would have changed that.
I've not done a T online order recently as Mr A was being generous with cond. spends so I've been using them.

The last time I did do a cond spend shop with t.com, the old trick with ordering items going half price next day worked though. That was about 2 months ago

Asked Ds2 if there were any games he wanted the the other night. he told me one and I've been unsuccessfully searching for it for the last couple of days.

I thought he said 'tamagotchi' feeling hip.....I know what a tamagotchi is :D I never found a game of it though :(

I gave in and asked him earlier. Silly me......it's tomodachi. Jeez what's the difference???

    According to DS2 it's ' why would I want a 90s virtual pet game' :o :rotfl::rotfl:

    That's me told :o

Love your humour David!! All done :rotfl:

Me and my glitchy friend have embarked on a new venture which is taking a lot of my time at the moment, so glitching is a distant memory for me at the moment.

    Hope everyone is ok X

Oh, I remember getting one of those. I was dead chuffed as it was meant for +11 ages, but I was still allowed one. :D

Really posh hotels..............how much is an acceptable tip for them taking your bags to the room. It pains me to have to pay when I could just do it myself, but know it will be the norm.

I'd say £2. That's what I would pay and I'd say they'd be happy with that.

Strangely enough I had a conversation with a lad who delivers pizzas for dominoes yesterday. He was telling me that his tips have totally nosedived with people being able to pay online. He reckons he's down about £80 a week.

I don't mind tipping for good service. The wage structure in the service industry is poor and is designed for people to be able to make the shortfall up in tips. Some people say that they'd rather pay for the service upfront...
I think the employer would absorb that and an employee who gave good service would never see it. just my opinion :)

Yes, thats about what I was thinking. Going to get my moneys worth from the espresso machine and free slippers (I best leave the robe, as knowing my luck, I will get charged for that). ;)
