I've had to drastically cut back on my coffee intake because of the issues with my kidneys 2 cups a day :eek: I'm quite honestly in mourning. It's like someone has taken my best friend away. I am (was) a big morning coffee person. I could live without it after about lunchtime but up until then I might have well been on a coffee drip :rotfl:
I had, what I can only assume was some sort of withdrawal symptoms last week. Headaches, a jittery, shaky feeling and feeling totally lethargic about half way through the morning. Thankfully subsided now but I miss my coffee and I work in a place where the kettle is never off
