I have exactly the same problem with my lap top, it use to be fine then overnight it stopped printing, My DH computer done the same, the only thing we done different was to purchase a new printer same make . my DS gave us his old laptop and GS doesn't work very well but both will allow me to print these type of coupons, the coupons from valassis is no problem printing from which ever laptop. So we have tried everything to try and rectify the problem but to no avail..sorry:(

When i updated to windows 10 none of the printers in my house would print via coupon sites .. it would just error.. so I found a pdf programme that I could use to print to and that solved that issue. so I just print to PDF then print to my printer and then delete the PDF. its a pain but it works.

thanks for all the suggestions, but I don't really understand the answers. I have an Epsom Stylus SX200, it prints APG coupons fine.

My printer ran out of colour ink so I have to print to PDF now as well, or it will just print out a blank page! bloomin coupon software :mad:

No way am I buying replacement ink :rotfl: there's always a more :money: way
