Morning, off to watch 5y old GS play football, it's cold and windy so will have to dress up warm. Looking forward to the Wales v SA rugby this afternoon. Loyalties torn as I am Welsh but lived in SA for14 years and rest of family were born in SA. May the best team win:)

I'm trying to convince her that she wants things I didn't give her last xmas/birthday. We looked at all the things we'd got her and said "no way is she getting all these!" so we put some aside until next time....and then we'd see something worth getting/putting aside forgetting just how much we've got on standby :rotfl:

Some things will probably stay in the loft until they're suitable for DD2 :money:

We weren't, but sorely tempted now. The house in question is the show home on a new estate and the deal is that you buy it from the builder, then lease it back to them for a couple of years until the development is complete, then it's yours to do with as you wish. The timing would be great for our long term plans but it's not a concept I'm familiar with, so would need a lot of research. It probably won't happen but we will do our due diligence before making a final decision.
