Oh LFAB, you had me in tears reading that :o

I will never forget the support I got from the ELITE during my troubles, with Mr 3Dogs illness and death, and my Mam's too :A

Def not my intention 3Dogs :o I just remember how we all felt your pain at losing him after his battle with illness and how we all pulled together to honour his name. Hope you are well x

Just been invited by Nectar to complete a "Who am I " quiz to earn 100points:)

It was very long and complicated

And another 100 points to chase up in a months time ...

    :hello:Good evening all!
Remember I picked up a womble earlier in the week on my way back from M? I went to spend it tonight (45 minutes after muggle shoppers were expected to have gone shopping;)). It was 'worthwhile' - a couple of quid and not entirely wiped out by the nominal cost of the journey (I would have had to have paid real money if I bought from elsewhere). I like it when I spend a voucher... and pick up another womble on the same visit that gives a higher voucher than the one I've just used:rotfl:.

Sadly I've been getting 25p and 9p:( - not worth bothering with as it would cost me more in petrol than that. I did have one 'hit' though (I know 25p and 9p are technically 'hits', but they're not worthwhile). It revealed the S/P White Bread is unfortunately not comparing against M.

And I've just had an even bigger one:D:D.

Has this shot up in price in A (A used to be the cheapest place to get them)?

    1x ASDA Ibuprofen 200mg Capsules 16 Pack (200MG) £0.65:eek: £0.30

It's comparing only against M [EDIT: Correction: It is also comparing against S, although it has S at 60p so that can be ignored as not worth bothering with] - and to M's usual quite high price compared to what 'everywhere else' was before - can I suggest that A used to be 23p and therefore it's not getting back down to that price? Is this correct? I might buy in M as hardly worth bothering with 7 more items just for 3p on this:rotfl:. Or, actually, I might well do an APG shop off this voucher, in due course, as - whilst it's not £6 - it is a bigger than 'normal (£2)' voucher.

I like it when they buy these at full price:D (there is no glitch here - they paid 2x £1.98:eek:):

    1x Kellogg's Special K Biscuit Moments Strawberry (5X25G) £1.98 £1.00
    1x Kellogg's Special K Biscuit Moments Caramel (5X25G) £1.98 £1.00

Full price vs full price sadly, but nonetheless it helps:

    1x Flora Light Spread (1KG) £2.98 £2.98

    Also:
    1x Heinz Beanz 50% Less Sugar (4X415G) £2.69 £2.00:T
(Not for us to buy - way too dear:eek::laugh::rotfl:!)

I liked it when I saw £1.60 Kit Kat on the receipt even before I checked it!:

    1x Kit Kat 2 Finger Dark Chocolate Biscuit Bars (8PK) £1.60 £1.00

I like muggles that buy at full price:rotfl:.

Sadly not on offer in M but never mind:

    1x Birds Eye 4 Large Haddock Fillets Harry Ramsden's Batter (480G) £3.00 £3.00

Despite all of this, it still ended up with A cheaper:(, but only by a few pence:).

    The obligatory £1 yogurt:

    1x Activia Yogurt Strawberry (4X125G) £1.00:( £1.50

The one I had earlier the shopper went and bought the Muller yogurts that are £1.50:( and probably £2.68 in M (I don't remember now what the APG said - it's a high price so I don't bother with it) instead of getting the much more expensive Muller yogurts in A that are £1 in M.

Anyway, I now have an extra fiver compared to what I went out with (and of course still have the free goodies from my shop tonight - not actually sweets, just regular items) - it's like those newspaper vouchers:rotfl: - and not restricted to fruit and veg.:j:T. And I still have another receipt to check. I'm not holding out much hope on it though - Anchor Cheese £2 - it's like the old days:rotfl::( - coffee that looks too cheap - not as good as what I thought that last one was - was hoping it would give several pounds vs M, and it did. It was also about the same price at T and at S of all places:eek: - but highest amount, that it gave, was vs M. Wish me luck on the next one - I need it:(. I can tell now it's no good (which...you never know, the old days;), might mean it's good - it won't be though...).
