No definitive timescale. The sheer volume means that these things can take time and it may not even have been allocated yet. As above, give it a while and you should probably just leave it for at least another month. Just make sure you make a note of the date that is 6 months from the FRL.

My understanding of this is that the matter has already been referred to Lloyds who have rejected and then decided to reopen the complaint.

This means the 8 week limit will not now apply - but the six month time limit to go to FOS stipulated in the original will continue to run down.

With that in mind, the OP should be very careful.

I would suggest sending an e-mail to complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk asking that they clarify what would happen if Lloyds now run beyond the six months.
