No definitive timescale. The sheer volume means that these things can take time and it may not even have been allocated yet. As above, give it a while and you should probably just leave it for at least another month. Just make sure you make a note of the date that is 6 months from the FRL.0

My understanding of this is that the matter has already been referred to Lloyds who have rejected and then decided to reopen the complaint.You have 8 weeks from the complaint for them to look at it, after that you can refer them to the FOS though this is likely to mean up to 2 years delay which they keep on through the backlog so up to you, I'd wait on lloyds personally
This means the 8 week limit will not now apply - but the six month time limit to go to FOS stipulated in the original will continue to run down.
With that in mind, the OP should be very careful.
I would suggest sending an e-mail to complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk asking that they clarify what would happen if Lloyds now run beyond the six months.0
