can you remove the left and right mouse buttons if so how can you just prise them off. laptop is a samsung

In my laptop (Toshiba, W7) I can assign 'None' action to both/either buttons.

Mouse Properties >> Advanced >> Advanced feature settings >> Touch Pad

Some Samsungs have the actual buttons on the main board so you removing the actual touchpad buttons isn't going to help anything.

You'll do better in all honesty to disable them through the Mouse option in the Control Panel, but that being said if you can't get on with the touchpad just use a normal mouse and turn the touchpad off altogether, typically FN+F9 keys on most Samsungs.

the buttons are dirty and there is muck behind the buttons so wanted to remove button to clean under buttons.
