If your machine has an optical disc drive, burn the image to disc using the Windows 10 Image Burner.

That is exactly what I did - in the end0 -
We had trouble getting the Media Creation Tool to create an ISO and recognise USB Storage - We found a fix by logging in as an Administrator rather than from a basic User account. This may work to you too?0
