Euro cylinder lock advice

Hello, I have a large composite door that is very sturdy BUT only has a 1 star UAP cylinder lock (which has no anti-snap lines). The lock, however, sits in a 2 star solid metal guard, which is attached around the lock. The lock is also protected by a 2 star door handle. Is this adequate protection against lock snapping? or…

If the end of the key has snapped off in the lock you should be able to turn it by pushing a screwdriver in the key slot and twisting, at some angle ( usually about 30 degrees from vertical) you should be able to slide the lock from the door,. They can often be quite stiff so push as you turn it . The lump hammer method is also good, either way you'll probably need a new lock.
