resolver,, as started to get a result

used the template letters from resolver for a 8 hour flight delay manchester to tenerife,,, today i recived a email from thomas cook offering 300 pounds worth of travel vouchers each person,, i do not what to except vouchers,,, my problem is how to reject this offer,,, is there a standered letter on RESOLVER or do i make my own letter ?? if so do i send it via resolver ,, also the offer of 300 pounds each seems a bit lower than others have recived any advice on wording or help regards carl

7777 etc. .... seems that you were possibly entitled to €400 pp so £300 (cash) appears correct. Why do you think you should get more? Suggest you just contact TC direct AFTER you have decided what is due to you.

thanks 111KAB had over looked the fact that the entitlement was in euro and will be happy to accept £300 each,,, at present TC have only emailed me a voucher for the money,,, and im aware they will drag it out,,, but resolver as made it easy to get this far,,, as in the past i have emailed several times to T C my but never got a reply , so with out using resolver i feel i would have had little chance of any out come
