Virgin have been busy alienating the folks on our estate for several weeks now digging up recently laid pavements and patching them poorly, although doubtlessly legally.
Chances are they will get a two word answer when they satrt coming round for punters, the second one being ....off.

Aye They should normally put it "right" to roughly the same standard it was before they dug it up (so if paved they should put the paving back*)

Around here they did a better job of putting the pavement right (although it was just an asphalt rather than paved), than BG did a few years later when they ran gas to some properties that had just been electric.


*One of the reasons some areas didn't get done years back was I believe because of fancy paving.
