Thanks for the replys. @marksoton, no I have debts, car is paid for my only outlays are the usual everyday things like food, insurances, petrol, bills etc. I did set myself a limit on a house price of 100k but it's very hard to find one in the areas I like and with certain criterias like a driveway.
Then you should be good. But i would suggest a broker.
