Cancelling BT sign up from last week and then signing up with this week's offer?

I have had lots of problems with reliability with our standard Broadband, with TalkTalk and EE. So have decided to change to Fibre (we both work from home via VPN so need reliable connections). Last week i signed up to BT as it was cheapest when taking into account he £75 Sainsbury's voucher and the cashback via topcashback.co.uk.
However, the deal they have on this week is cheaper, and with the higher voucher would save us another £5/month (over 12 months).
Can I cancel my sign up with BT (as it is within 14 days), then sign up again later in the week?

If you need reliable connections for your work you should consider not using a domestic ISP. You will be as important to them as the granny who uses it to skype her granddaughter in Australia once a week and they will not prioritise you because your employment depends on it.

Only use a domestic provider if you can work without a functioning internet connection for several days. Can you? The service level agreements on them are generally nil.

I have no idea about cancelling to get more vouchers, sorry.

Yes, you can if the service has not commenced, (nothing to do with 14 days), but you will then go to the back of the queue for the upgrade.
