Hi All
For years I have used Yahoo Messenger to communicate between me and my mum. I have it on my iphone and she has it on her desktop.
Anyway, it hasn't worked for the last few days on my iphone so I have uninstalled it, intending to install it again, but it has vanished from the app store!
So, I need another messenger app which can communicate between a desktop and an iphone! Can anyone make any suggestions?

Pidgin on the PC and Hangout (or any other XMPP client) on the phone. Works for me on Android and my PC.0
