Ryanair app boarding pass - multiple passengers

Anyone have any experience with the Ryanair app?

4 of us off on Sat, returning the following Sat, all on one booking.

I've printed off the outbound boarding passes, but can't check in for the return flight until we're over there, and I can't be sure we'll have access to a printer. So it look like we need to go for the app.

Does each person need to download the app and will they get their own boarding pass on their own phone?

Or will all the Bps be on my phone?

Or something else?

The Ryanair website isn't much help. It just says "Yes, mobile boarding passes are available on bookings with multiple passengers." without any more info!

We used one app for all 4 of us no problems from a couple of different airports. Only minor snag was having to hand the phone back at the automatic gates in Copenhagen.

Download them all on a couple of phones in the party.

There's always a chance a phone will get lost, go on the blink or get a flat battery just when you need it.

You can use the one phone for everyone, and pass the phone around.

You can check in all passengers on one phone, but then anyone else can download the app and bring up the boarding passes on their own phone by entering the reservation details.

You can take a screenshot of each boarding pass then whatsapp/email/message the image to each passenger and they can use that.

I was expecting, it being Ryanair, that the whole process would be full of deliberate traps!

Its actually an excellent system and as confirmed already I can vouch for the fact the 4 passengers all on one booking can have all details on one phone.
