I noticed Virgin were offering new customers £10 a month broadband for a year.
As an existing customer I thought it quite unfair, so I gave them a ring asked about discount for existing customers. The guy straight away offered me half price (£9 a month) for 3 months. I still wasn't happy so he said ring again when the 3 months are up and they will extend the discount.
