PlayStation Network won't refund me.

Hi everyone,
Sorry if this has been asked before.
My son (he's 6 and didn't know what he was doing) some how worked out my password for my PlayStation account and added £120.00 from my bank account to his 'wallet'.
The money is sat in his PlayStation wallet unspent, but when I called I was told no refunds, even though the money isn't physically spent. I wouldn't have minded if it was accidentally £20 but I can't afford to lose £120!
Do I have any rights to get it back? I know there is a refund law now in place, would this fall under that law?
I know it's pretty much my fault it has happened and I've removed all details of my bank from the PlayStation!
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Ruth.

I'm not entirely sure how your son managed to 'work out' your password. That to me says it's extremely easy to guess.
Sadly Sony are quite harsh on this, effectively you have purchased virtual currency and the terms do clearly state that there are no refunds - which you agree to prior to the purchase.
On another note there are some posts flying around the googlesphere to say that Sony ban accounts that dispute charges so if you go down that route make sure you are OK to lose the content on the playstation.
Also....CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD0 -
Your password was your sons name wasn't it?0

Didn't know what he was doing, but did know enough to input your password - contradictory?0

once you're on the ps4/ps3 I don't think you have to enter a password for purchasing things‘It ain’t over 'til it's over’0

You can/ should set a password for making purchases.0 -
Or, and this is not because I don't trust them with my card details, buy network credit vouchers from Game et al. Control how much is put on there.0

Sell the playstation. Kid learns not to steal, you recoup your money.0

How is it contradictory? He's 6 years old. He had no idea he was using real money from my bank account and he didn't actually purchase anything so it was clearly not done on purpose. I have bought him items on the store before, and he's probably watched me put in my password, I forget how more aware he is getting.
I asked for advice on if I can get my money back, not comments on my low security which I stated in my original post it was my fault. I have obviously removed my bank details and changed my password.
Thank you to cono1717 who actually gave a response to me.0 -
My PlayStation is generally very secure, I've had my PSN account for years and no issues with security. This was just a mistake that happened and I wondered if I could get my money back. That's all I'm asking.0

Can you? Perhaps?
If you do? Forget about the PSN account and any content that's on there, and be prepared to have the account banned. (This has happened to others, as post #2 infers).0
