Good evening everyone,

BB good news from the clinic, I have had a few cysts over a few years, its always a relief when they tell you its a cyst.

This morning was rather grey and wet but this afternoon has been lovely and warm. Its now pouring with rain:(

Went to work, seem to have more and more paperwork to contend with, would rather just cook than do all the other paperwork, still just have to get on with it.:D

Feeling rather tired tonight, so I just make a spag bol with quorn mince it was very nice.

DH had some of the lo cheese and lentil loaf in a sandwich today, he said it was very nice.

I have done a load of washing, but have hung it on the airers indoors.

Evening all,

Rain here too, not so cold as I expected, although OH lit the fire, he feels the cold much more than I do.

Had acupuncture at 11, feel that my back is loosening up which is good, not losing any of the weight I hoped to, hopefully that will come soon!

Csarina....hope that you feel better this evening and that you sleep well tonight. Glad to hear that your washer is up and going.

Dogs and their penchant for rolling in poo.......thankfully Mossy doesnt bother much with that anymore....too lazy really, he is upstairs and in bed any chance he gets!

Spent 3 hours with DD4 and the twins, she is very tired as they are feeding practically nonstop....I fed each with an expressed bottle to keep them going while she fed the other, did a bit of shopping that she needed and made my escape! I will go over again on Thursday, maybe bring dinner for them all with me, she really needs to be eating well.

Hope that nobody is suffering from flooding, stay safe and well

Forgot my lunch but office full of cake how very not healthy. OH cooked delicious meal this evening, too full of cake to manage much, no leftovers though as DS ate everything not nailed down.
Bus pass used to good effect, that is probably the only really thrifty thing I have done today.

Late again.

OS today kitchen cleaned, dw emptied, hm carrot & lentil soup made.
College work done. eBay parcels posted. Chq paid into bank.

Dinner tonight was chicken n chips. Got a list of jobs to do tomorrow but craft group 1st thing. I'm hoping to go to the knitting & stitching show on Friday.
